Who we are

Mirai Nuts is a brand of RST Processing and Manufacturing LLP, Ground Floor, Shop No. 7, Spectrum House, Sevoke Rd, Ward 13, Punjabi Para, Siliguri, West Bengal 734001. What we collect

When you browse the website

• Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a refresh. It never reaches our servers until you send an order.
• The ad or link you came from. If you arrive from one of our ads, the campaign name is kept in your browser for that tab and added as a Source line to the WhatsApp order message, so we know which ads lead to orders.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
• Analytics and advertising data — only if you accept cookies. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and when you tap an order button. See our Cookie Policy.

When you order on WhatsApp

• Your name, WhatsApp number and delivery address
• What you ordered, the amount, and our conversation about the order
• Payment status and transaction reference from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login — Razorpay handles the payment.

When you ask for help

Your messages, your order number, and any photos or videos you send us about a return or complaint.

Why we use it

• To take, pack, deliver and support your order, including returns and refunds
• To issue invoices and keep the records Indian tax and food-safety law requires
• To keep the website secure and fix problems
• With your consent: to understand how the site is used and to measure and show our ads on Instagram, Facebook and Google

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't send marketing messages you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Some of these providers process data outside India, as the DPDP Act permits, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

• Order and payment records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires us to (GST records are kept for about six years).
• Return and complaint conversations: until the issue is closed, plus one year.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics; Meta per its own retention rules.
• Data in your browser (cart, cookie choice): until you clear it.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• ask us to correct, complete or update it
• ask us to erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it (e.g. invoices)
• withdraw your consent to analytics and ad cookies at any time from Cookie settings in the footer
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
• raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India

To use any of these, contact our Grievance Officer, Anup Sharma, on +91 73648 42111 (call or WhatsApp). We may ask you to confirm the WhatsApp number you ordered from, so we only share data with the right person.

Children

Our website and ordering are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you think a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, payments are handled by Razorpay, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil and support your order.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
